Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear securely in its original designer case and box, ensuring all authenticity cards and cleaning cloths are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid boutique shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
